We are an all volunteer run organization.  Collectively, our board members and volunteers put in hundreds of hours a year to support our mission and our community.

Molly Pagano, Board President:  Molly is a Colorado native and grew up in the foothills of Denver, where her love of the outdoors was introduced. Molly, her husband and their four-legged pup have called Durango home for 6 years and have no plans to ever leave.  Molly’s professional career began when working for the Colorado Public Defenders Office.  From there she obtained a degree in Paralegal studies and has since been a Paralegal for over 14 years, working in a variety of areas.  Currently, Molly is the owner of San Juan Paralegal Services, providing contract paralegal support to attorneys throughout Colorado.  Molly’s passion for her community continues to grow, as a recent graduate of the 2018-2019 Leadership La Plata Class and she is excited to continue her growth professionally.


Blair Ohmert, Secretary:  Blair Ohmert is a Colorado native and moved to Durango five years ago. Durango holds a special place in her heart because it gives people the opportunity to be in a vast variety of landscapes in a matter of minutes or hours. You can be peeking over the rim of the Grand Canyon, a Wonder of the World, in five short hours!  Blair has always been an entrepreneur at heart and has always pursued her interests. She owns a jewelry shop on Etsy, loves photographing anything that can stand still, and enjoys keeping up with the growing area. She is competitive and a force to be reckoned with. Friends describe her as fiercely loyal and a great listener.  Blair’s business is centered around her clients and their needs. She believes her job is to be of the best service to her clients and add value to their real estate experience whether it's picking out their dream home, saying goodbye to a lifetime of memories, or helping them on their next big investment. She believes success is created by being of service to others and is a by-product of helping all walks of life, so her clients have the peace of mind that she is putting their needs before hers. She is committed to being a lifetime learner and prides herself on her resourcefulness.  


 

Bonny Wayman, Treasurer:  Bonny Wayman (formerly Bonny Fetterman) was born and raised in Cortez, CO and has spent most of her life in the 4 Corners area. Bonny attended the University of Denver where she completed both her Bachelors degree (BSBA Hospitality Management) and her Masters degree (MBA with a focus in Marketing).  While completing her degrees Bonny worked full time for the University of Denver doing marketing and event planning. After DU, Bonny went to work for DaVita Inc. She managed the marketing for seven nephrology practices and two medical service companies. She managed websites, digital advertising, social media, print advertising, email campaigns, patient communication, conferences, and more for the nine separate brands. Bonny opened 4 Corners Marketing Events in 2019 and loves serving a variety of local businesses and non-profits.  When not working, Bonny can be found outside enjoying all the 4 Corners area has to offer. Bonny loves to ride her horses, hike and coach youth soccer. Bonny lives in Hesperus with her husband, son, dog, two cats and two horses.


Tracey Kellermeyer, Board Member:  Tracy is CEO and Co-founder of New Heights Solutions, a remote Virtual Assistance company that provides services to Financial Planners across the country. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Tracy and her husband traveled the country full-time via housesitting for 2 years before settling in Durango in 2019. Also in 2019, she co-founded a membership site to connect other traveling couples and provide resources for a life on the road through a company called Nomad Collab. Although travel is a huge part of her life, she has loved getting involved with the Durango community, especially connecting with women who love empowering each other! 


Shanon Hansen, Board Member:  Shanon is a Durango native currently working full time as a virtual executive assistant to the CEO of an online compliance training company. She spent some time living in Texas where she was 1/3 of a team who developed and organized an aircraft flying competition and spectator event. It was during this time, where she learned about her passion for organizing events - finding fun ways to bring people together all while supporting local communities and businesses. Delighted to return home to Durango a few years ago, Shanon has a new dedication to her community and is excited to be a part of the growth, knowledge, support, love and empowerment that is PWN and the Durango community as a whole.
